Salary grade: From £22,000.00 per year
Location: Sunderland, UKOur primary purpose will be to provide expert parenting capacity assessment. However, we also believe that our service should exist to provide a safe, secure and welcoming home that builds confidence and equips parents with all the necessary skills to parent safely and independently wherever possible. Throughout the day, families will benefit from receiving 1-to-1 support from designated key workers, while also having access to shared advice, group learning and social activities and practical support throughout the night As with all our services, our assessment home will be therapeutically led in the delivery of any interventions, assessments, and practical parenting programmes. We take great pride in delivering outstanding outcomes and, as such, families will benefit from a wide range of courses delivered by a multidisciplinary team including our Speech & Language Therapist, consulting Psychiatrist and Health Psychologist, among others.
